ParkOhio Announces Extension of Credit Agreement

Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: PKOH) today announced that it has amended and restated its existing revolving credit facility. The amendment was effective on September 13, 2023 and extends the scheduled maturity date from November 26, 2024 to September 13, 2028 (or, if earlier, the date that is 91 days prior to the scheduled maturity of the Company’s 2017 Senior Notes).

The amended facility, combined with free cash flow of $30-$40 million expected in 2023, enhances our strong liquidity foundation that will support our current requirements and future growth strategy.

Supplemental Non-GAAP Financial Measures (Unaudited)

Free cash flow is a non-GAAP financial measure that the Company is providing in this press release. The Company presents free cash flow, which it defines as net cash provided by operating activities minus purchases of property, plant and equipment, because management uses free cash flow to measure its performance. Free cash flow is not a measure of performance under GAAP and should not be considered in isolation from, or as a substitute for, amounts calculated in accordance with GAAP. Free cash flow herein may not be comparable to similarly titled measures of other companies. The following table reconciles net cash provided by operating activities to free cash flow:
