TCW Named One of the Best Places to Work in Money Management for Ninth Consecutive Year by Pensions & Investments

The TCW Group, a global asset management firm, announced today that the firm was recognized for the ninth consecutive year as one of the best places to work in money management for 2022 by Pensions & Investments.

The annual survey and recognition program is dedicated to identifying and recognizing the best employers in the money management industry that create a supportive environment for employees and champion diversity and professional development.

“Our clients’ satisfaction is of utmost importance to TCW, so we work every day to make TCW great for our clients as well as for our team members who work tirelessly for them,” said David Lippman, President and Chief Executive Officer of The TCW Group. "We look forward to continuing our evolution while maintaining a culture that values collaboration, teamwork, adaptability, and diversity in the workplace, ultimately helping us to attract and retain high caliber personnel and deliver results for clients in both good and challenging times."

Pensions & Investments partnered with Best Companies Group, an independent research firm specializing in identifying great places to work, to conduct a two-part survey of employers and their employees. The first part of the survey consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies.
