Financial Performance Press Release


On November 6, 2014, Primoris Services Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Primoris”, the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial performance for the year and third quarter ended September 30, 2014.

Realignment of Reportable Operating Segments


In the third quarter 2014, the Company reorganized its business segments to match the change in the Company’s internal organization and management structure.  The Company has provided a report presenting the revenue and gross profit for the quarterly periods of 2013 and 2014 through September 30, 2014 for the reclassified segments.  The report is included as Exhibit No. 99.2 of this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Declaration of Cash Dividend to Stockholders


On November 4, 2014, the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.04 per common share for stockholders of record as of December 31, 2014, payable on or about January 15, 2015
