In Search of an AI ETF

I am considering adding an AI ETF to my portfolio. Does anyone who follows this market have suggestions or recommendations? I have been watching ARTY, BOTZ, and AIQ, however, I am not familiar enough with the space to make an informed decision. Open to suggestions! Thank you!
