Choncimer Srl has been acquired by Scam Spa

MODENA, Italy - July 28, 2023 - PRLog -- Scam Spa, a leading company in the production and marketing of Organo-Mineral fertilizers, has acquired Choncimer Srl, a company specializing in organic and special fertilizers for plant nutrition.

Scam Spa, an Italian company based in Modena, leader in the production of Organo-mineral fertilizers, has finalized the acquisition of 100% of Choncimer Srl, a company located in the Marche region, specialising in organic fertilizers. Through this deal Scam Spa broadens its field of action, by expanding the range of organic and organic farming products available on the Italian and international market. The aim is to enhance quality agro-industrial production with products that are increasingly in line with the changing needs of the market, the end user and the environment.

Especially, Choncimer Srl boasts over half a century's experience in the organic fertilizer market, which has always been characterized by high technological innovation and cutting-edge R&D for the development of new products suitable for all different crops in every vegetative stage.

Scam Spa was assisted by KPMG as global advisor.

CDI Global assisted Choncimer Srl as financial advisor, in particular by the partner. Gianmaria Castoldi, and by the firm Sassaroli Pica&Associati as legal advisor, particularly by lawyer Paolo Palumbo.

This acquisition completes the product range with the missing organic fertilizer offer.
