Alderley, Australia - July 18, 2023 —
Clients can now join PrimalThenics’ new program which combines in-person workouts and access to a fitness app. Developed by Olympic coach Chris Miller, the new fitness model integrates mobility, strength, and cardiovascular training to improve physical fitness and health.

Program creator utilizes a scientific, brain-based methodology to help participants cultivate a maintainable fitness regime. “It’s not about how hard you can go, nor about the calories burned or the KG’s lifted, it is about a sustainable and smart way of doing things to ensure your ongoing health and fitness in the long-term,” said PrimalThenics.
The training starts with an introduction to neurological techniques designed to improve communication between the brain and joints. These are followed by mobility drills to identify restrictions and increase range of motion. Squat and push-up positions and crawling exercises are used to improve muscular imbalances and build strength, stamina, and coordination. Strengthening exercises to target underworking muscles such as the glutes and core are included to improve postural stability.
PrimalThenics’ studio program includes 3 weekly group classes and Saturday all-in team sessions in a supportive and friendly environment. Members also have access to the Newmarket swimming pool and gym and a 10-degree ice pool at Ascot Aquatics Centre.
With the PrimalThenics app, clients can access over 200 on-demand sessions and a library of 1,000 videos to support their training. These include seminars with Olympians, former athletes, medical professionals, and other experts in health, performance, and psychology.
In addition, program members receive nutrition guidance and personal programs to stay on course while traveling. An Evolt body scan is available every 6 weeks to measure health parameters such as muscle mass and fitness age.
PrimalThenics has been developed from Chris Miller’s 20 years of experience in clinical muscular rehabilitation and coaching. With personal experience of physical injury and neurological trauma, he developed the system to regain his fitness freedom and aims to help others do the same.
A satisfied client said: “As an elite athlete, I have been exposed to my fair share of health and fitness professionals. I can honestly say that Chris offers some of the best services within Australia if not globally.”
