Jim Amen Announces His New Book, Educating Real Estate Agents New to the Field

Jim Amen’s new book, The Insider’s Guide for New Realtors….How to get to the top by starting at the bottom, is another step toward a new future for fresh real estate agents.

Jim Amen, CEO, and Broker of Amen Real Estate owns three brokerages. He’s also the founder and head trainer at Amenbootcamp which has been the pinnacle of what he set out to do in real estate.

When Amen started in real estate, he realized how little training there was. According to the National Association of Realtors, 87% of new agents fail within the first five years. So everything Jim Amen has done since starting has been about turning that number around.

Jim Amen clears up any questions about real estate: “Real estate is HARD and most people come into the industry thinking they can play golf every day and make $100,000 without doing any work. Being a real estate professional requires self-discipline, consistently educating yourself, and a strategic approach to each deal.” He said.

His boot camp helps with that: “Amenbootcamp is the go-to resource for agents to launch their careers or take it to the next level. Our workouts will guide you to flex your education and remain strong for every transaction!” Amen said.

His new book is being published as this article is being written. Finally, someone who knows the industry and is passionate about educating others is providing new agents with the knowledge they need to make it: “I am providing agents with foundational skills. Without foundational skills, agents fail. To be successful, agents have to be able to provide value.” Amen said. Now, new agents will be armed with real wisdom from an expert in the field.
