Ukraine war: Cannes Film Festival bars Russian delegations, people with ties to the Kremlin

Cannes Film Festival has barred Russian delegations and anyone with ties to the Kremlin from the upcoming edition. The European Film Awards have also banned Russian films as Russia continues to invade Ukraine.
