Harris ‘optimistic’ House will pass $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill

Vice President Harris said Thursday she’s "optimistic" the $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill will pass despite promises by progressives to block it if $3.5 trillion reconciliation bill held up.
