Tuesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: ILF

The iShares Latin America 40 ETF (ILF) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 3.4 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 1.1 million. Shares of ILF were off about 0.2% on the day.
