Renaissance Ranch, which provides faith-based inpatient and outpatient addiction recovery services in Idaho and Utah, was selected for the “Idaho’s Best” award for excellence in mental health treatment in the Central Idaho region.
“We love our community in Central Idaho, and we’re proud to be recognized for the work we are doing here in our drug treatment centers for women and men,” said Preston Dixon, Renaissance Ranch COO. “Addiction makes people feel isolated and hopeless. Our mission is to show people there’s a way out and guide them toward lasting recovery. This award represents a lot of hard work on the part of our staff in helping us fulfill that mission.”
The annual “Idaho’s Best” award program is known as “the largest and most trusted ‘best of’ award program in Idaho.” It identifies the most outstanding companies and places throughout the state of Idaho across different categories (everything from accountants to car repair shops to restaurants). The awards program offers no-fee participation and uses fraud prevention technology to ensure the most equitable results. The final award determination draws on voting results, online reviews, and Better Business Bureau ratings.
Renaissance Ranch was started in 2001 in Bluffdale, Utah. The program’s CEO (Tyson Dixon) and COO (Preston Dixon) were both addicted to drugs but have been in recovery for nearly 20 years thanks to powerful experiences in addiction recovery. They, along with many staff members who are also in recovery, support men and women who are looking to make similar changes in their lives. Renaissance Ranch offers detox programs, inpatient and outpatient recovery programs, sober living facilities, family therapy programs, and alumni programs. Their Christian-based treatment centers use the 12-step approach supported by mental health therapies that get to the source of the addiction.
