In an aggressive TNBC model with limited responsiveness to paclitaxel, Telomir-1 demonstrated statistically significant reductions in primary tumor growth and metastatic dissemination, while in a separate aggressive TNBC model where paclitaxel showed activity, Telomir-1 achieved comparable tumor growth reduction as a monotherapy and produced greater inhibition when combined with paclitaxel than either agent alone.
