United Development Funding IV and UDF Income Fund V Announce Distributions for Q1 2024

IRVING, Texas, Feb. 12, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- United Development Funding IV (“UDF IV”) announced today that on February 1, 2024, its board of trustees authorized a cash distribution of $0.065 per share payable on March 29, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 22, 2024.

United Development Funding Income Fund V (“UDF V”) also announced today that on February 1, 2024, its board of trustees authorized a cash distribution of $0.0847 per share payable on March 29, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 22, 2024.
