Former Verily Co-founder joins Innovaccer to advance AI-driven augmentation of specialty care teams across health systems

Innovaccer Inc., a leading healthcare AI company, today announced that it has acquired Story Health, a pioneering AI-powered, tech-enabled platform focused on transforming specialty care from episodic to continuous, digital models. This acquisition builds on Innovaccer’s strategic acquisitions including Humbi AI, Cured, and Pharmacy Quality Solutions, extending its Healthcare Intelligence Cloud into agentic care augmentation.

By embedding this model into the EHR and existing workflows, Innovaccer will help health systems scale specialty care capacity, reduce hospitalizations, and improve adherence without increasing clinician burden.
