Jimmy Doucette is an incisive strategist and healthcare leader that has a knack for making the complex compelling. With over fifteen years’ experience, he’s worked on experiential strategy for brands like Guinness, Samsung and Under Armour — helping to design unforgettable experiences (CX) across every customer touchpoint.
