Atwell enters into $200 million senior credit facility with lending group led by Bank of America

Atwell, a leading consulting, engineering, and construction services firm, has announced that it has secured a $200 million senior credit facility with a lending group led by Bank of America. Also included in the lending group are U.S. Bank, TD Bank, and Old National Bank. This new facility enhances Atwell’s financial flexibility, with increased capacity to drive anticipated organic and acquisition growth. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“Atwell has seen tremendous growth over the past several years, and we intend to continue growing to better serve our clients, expand into new markets and geographies, and create the strongest opportunities for our people to grow professionally,” said Brian Wenzel, Atwell’s Chief Executive Officer. “This agreement with Bank of America will allow us to optimize our capital structure and give us the flexibility needed to accomplish our goals.”

Atwell was advised in this transaction by its Exclusive Placement Agent Nomura Securities International, accounting advisor Cohn Reznick, and legal advisor Bodman.
