IDC Launches Future of X Scorecards to Identify, Quantify, and Optimize the Impact of Critical Technologies and Capabilities on Business Outcomes

To help business leaders build their digital-first strategies, IDC first launched its Future of X (FoX) research – eight research practices that focus on the key elements of a successful digital enterprise.
