A review of plan ratings distinguished Press Ganey health plan partners as the leaders in member experience
Press Ganey, renowned leader in patient, member, employee and consumer experience across the healthcare ecosystem, today announced more than 97% of the highest rated health plans in the United States partner with Press Ganey for member experience measurement and engagement. This figure is based on an internal review by Press Ganey of the recently released Health Plans Rating 2022 Report from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and 2023 CMS Medicare Advantage Star Ratings Data.
The review of these two reports also found that Press Ganey clients comprise:
- 97% of plans with a 4.5 to 5 out of 5 NCQA rating, a 3% increase over 2021;
- 100% of plans with a 5 out of 5 NCQA rating; and
- 98% of Medicare Advantage and Part D plans with CMS 4.5- and 5-Star Ratings.
