Publix Recognized on Forbes’ List of America’s Best Employers for Veterans

Ranked No. 38 out of 200 companies

Publix has been named one of America’s Best Employers for Veterans by Forbes, ranking No. 38 of 200 total companies and No. 3 of 16 in the retail and wholesale industry.

“Publix appreciates our military service members who have bravely served or currently serve in the United States Armed Forces,” said Publix Director of Communications Maria Brous. “Veterans bring tremendous value to the workplace. We’re grateful for our veteran associates and for military personnel, at home and abroad.”

Forbes compiled the list based on an independent survey of more than 5,000 U.S. veterans working for companies employing at least 1,000 people. Veterans were asked to rate their employers on a variety of general and veteran-specific topics.
