Lanshan District, Linyi City: Empowering Corporate Digital Transformation Through AI Innovations

This morning, in the Xinminghui Smart Storage and Logistics Park in Lanshan District, Linyi City, an automated three-dimensional warehouse covering 3,000 square meters and standing 24 meters tall can be operated by just one person. Chen Futao, the head of the logistics center, explained that workers only need to control the system, while all goods in and out of the warehouse are managed by automated equipment. This system is the Nebula System, independently developed by Xinminghui.

As the “invisible commander” of the storage process, AI has significantly improved operational efficiency. For example, when a certain trading company in Shanghai orders 3M masks, the system can complete auditing, route optimization, and task distribution within 2 minutes of order placement. Goods are quickly picked and collected using an automatic stacking machine and conveyor belts. Since the introduction of AI in warehouse processes in October 2024, sorting efficiency has increased tenfold, with a daily order processing capacity of 100,000 orders. The 180,000-square-meter smart park maintains the same labor configuration as the former 11,000-square-meter old warehouse, achieving a transformation from “humans finding goods” to “goods finding humans.”

The Nebula System has undergone ten years of iterations, evolving from a single module into 38 subsystems, establishing a data-driven core for the enterprise. Through AI algorithms, the system can automatically monitor inventory thresholds and intelligently push replenishment orders based on product turnover rates, reducing inventory turnover days from 65 to 35, thereby doubling capital efficiency and fundamentally changing the problems of overstocking or shortages caused by experience-based purchasing.

AI has been fully integrated into all aspects of the supply chain. During customer service interactions, AI simultaneously generates customer profiles to assist in precise service. When a customer inputs needs like “steel plant maintenance,” the model can quickly match protective suit options and generate operation guidelines. The mall’s AI recognition function can even identify corresponding products through image matching. Currently, the AI customer service robot handles over 20,000 inquiries daily, answering 80% of routine questions, with a 70% increase in response speed, freeing human staff to focus on high-value services.

With its “AI + Industry” practice, Xinminghui has become a benchmark for digital transformation in Linyi’s commercial sector. Its model has been promoted in Lanshan District, cultivating a total of 32 similar digital platform enterprises. Looking ahead, Xinminghui plans to advance AI into intelligent entities capable of automatic ordering and shipping, supporting the international digitalization process of Linyi’s commercial market.
