Before joining SLD Technology, Ms. Hatcher worked in various roles within the health care sector. From 2017 to 2019, she served as the administrative operating room director at Live Oak Surgery Center, where she oversaw day-to-day operations and helped streamline processes to improve patient outcomes. Previously, she worked as a clinical resource director at HCA Healthcare from 2014 to 2017. There, she collaborated with doctors and administrators to introduce new technologies and improve surgical care across multiple hospitals. Ms. Hatcher spent the majority of her career, starting in 2001, as an operating room scrub and circulating nurse and ambulatory surgery center administrator for 19 years.
