About Mr. Mazur
Mr. Mazur's professional career has been aided by his academic achievements. He earned a bachelor's degree in nutritional sciences from the University of Connecticut in 2012, followed by a master's degree in exercise sciences with a concentration in sports nutrition from Florida State University in 2015. Another achievement that set the foundation for his career is his certification as a registered dietitian through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Mr. Mazur completed his dietetic internship at Florida State University in 2015. These foundational roles shaped his expertise in nutrition. Other early professional experiences include serving as a dietetic technician at Connecticut Children's Medical Center and as a nutrition assistant at Manchester Memorial Hospital within the Eastern Connecticut Health Network.
Before his role with the San Francisco 49ers, Mr. Mazur was the director of sports nutrition at the University of California, Berkeley, from 2016 to 2017. In this role, he worked closely with the athletic department to further nutritional strategies for student-athletes. During the 2015 to 2016 NFL season, he worked as a performance nutrition fellow with the Philadelphia Eagles, where he gained valuable experience in professional sports nutrition.
Mr. Mazur's passion for health and wellness has motivated him to consistently put the longevity and health of his clients, players and athletes first. He focuses on a food-first approach, helping others with their nutritional habits. He is also interested in food quality, further researching the development and modification of today's food systems and how they can impact people's health.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Mazur is involved in civic organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and Second Harvest of Silicon Valley. He has been a contributing writer for Men's Journal since 2016, where he shares his expertise and insights on nutrition and wellness.
Mr. Mazur also enjoys traveling, exploring different food cultures, photography, working out, biking, playing golf, hiking, visiting wineries and spending time with friends and family. Looking to the future, he plans to further develop his private practice and expand his connections within the food, health and supplement industries. He hopes to write books on his personalized nutrition philosophy and share recipes that he has gathered over the years.
