SOUTH BEND, IN / ACCESSWIRE / November 14, 2023 / Strawberry Fields REIT, Inc. (NYSE AMERICAN:STRW) ("Strawberry Fields" or the "Company") today announced that on November 9, 2023 its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on its common stock in the amount of $0.12 per share (the "Dividend"). The Dividend will be payable in cash on December 29, 2023, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 15, 2023.
For 2024, the Company currently expects that it will continue to be able to make quarterly cash dividends in the range of $0.12 to $0.16 per share. This guidance is based on the Company's current plans and assumptions and subject to risks and uncertainties more fully described in this press release and the Company's reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
