Item 8.01. Other Events.
Terex Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release on February 2, 2007, announcing a conference call to be held on Thursday, February 15, 2007 at 8:30 a.m., Eastern Time, to review the Company’s fourth quarter and year-end 2006 financial results, as well as its 2007 outlook. The teleconference and a replay of the teleconference will be accessible to the public.
The Company also announced that it will be releasing its fourth quarter and year-end 2006 financial results to the wire services on Wednesday, February 14, 2007, after the close of the market. This press release will also be available on the Company’s website at www.terex.com.
A copy of this press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
