Item 2.01

Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.

      On August 15, 2007, Registrant, through a wholly-owned subsidiary, purchased approximately 53 acres of vacant land located in Freetown, Massachusetts for a total purchase price, including prior deposits, of $5.95 million paid in cash. This is the consummation of the Purchase and Sale Agreement entered into by Registrant on August 10, 2006.
