CRT Properties, Inc. announced that it has entered into a purchase and sale agreement to acquire a 437,000 square foot Class A office building known as Signature Place, located in Dallas, Texas, as more particularly described in its News Release, dated November 9, 2004, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and by this reference made a part hereof.
