          On September 7, 2006, Paul Gifford, Vice President – Investor Relations of Goodrich Corporation, will address Gabelli and Company’s 12th Annual Aircraft Supplier Conference in New York City. Mr. Gifford’s address is scheduled for 8:00 a.m. — 8:40 a.m. Eastern Time. By press releases dated August 24, 2006 and September 6, 2006, the public was invited to listen to the address by live webcast accessed through the Investor Relations area of Goodrich’s website at www.goodrich.com. A related written presentation will be posted as a webcast presentation on the Investor Relations area of Goodrich’s website prior to the conference.
