RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION |
On February 7, 2008, M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. issued a press release reporting its fourth quarter and
full year 2007 results. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
