On August 9, 2006, Sify Limited announced that Mr. Bhaskar Sayyaparaju had been appointed as
the Chief Technology Officer of Sify. Prior to joining Sify, Mr. Sayyaparaju was the Director of
Information Systems at Nvidia Corporation. Mr. Sayyaparaju has also held positions with Cidco and
Handspring. Mr. Sayyaparaju holds a masters degree in computer science.
