     On October 17, 2007, Sify Limited (the “Company”) announced that it has changed its name to Sify Technologies Limited, effective immediately. A copy of the press release announcing the corporate name change is attached as Exhibit 99.1.

     A copy of the Company’s amended Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association are filed with this Form 6-K as Exhibits 99.2 and 99.3, respectively.
