          On November 2, 2010, the Company issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share, payable on December 3, 2010, to stockholders of record as of November 16, 2010. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
