Disposition of Panamax Vessel
On July 1, 2008, Navios issued a press release announcing it completed the disposition of one of its Panamax vessels to Navios Maritime Partners L.P. The
consideration received for such vessel was $85.0 million, consisting of $35.0 million and 3,131,415 common units of Navios Maritime Partners L.P., representing a value of $45.0 million. A copy of the press release is
furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
