On January 7, 2010, Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Linda Clements, VP of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, intends to leave her position at the end of the first quarter of 2010. The Company's Chief Financial Officer, Kevin (Casey) Eichler, will become the Company's principal accounting officer.
