Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On January 26, 2006, it was decided that Kevin Byrne will cease to serve as Avon Products, Inc.’s principal accounting officer on or about March 24, 2006. Effective thereafter, Richard Foggio, age 47, will serve as the principal accounting officer of Avon Products, Inc. in the position of Group Vice President and Corporate Controller. Mr. Foggio has served in various positions with Avon Products, Inc. since he joined the company in 1987, including most recently as the Group Vice President - Global Finance and, prior to that, as the Assistant Treasurer – International, Finance Director for the Americas Region and Manager of Finance in the Latin America/Pacific Region.
