Arch Capital Group Ltd. issued a press release announcing that on July 1, 2017 it completed its previously announced acquisition of AIG United Guaranty Insurance (Asia Limited) from American International Group, Inc. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
