Mumbai, February 16, 2016:This is with reference to our filing dated January 18, 2016 informing you of the Board's approval for appointment of Mr Guenter Butschek as an Additional Director and Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director (CEO and MD) of the Company. We hereby inform you that the Company has completed the necessary formalities in connection with the appointment and Mr Guenter Butschek has joined the Company w.e.f February 15, 2016.
