Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders. |
The Corporation's annual meeting of shareholders was held on April 19, 2010. At that meeting, the shareholders voted on two matters: the election of directors and the ratification of the appointment of KPMG LLP as independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2010. All directors of the Corporation were standing for election at the meeting. The directors were elected by the following votes:
