Dividend Approval by Shareholders
On June 19, 2015, Sify Technologies Limited (“Sify,” or the “Company”) announced that, further to the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Company, the shareholders of the Company approved a dividend of 10% on the Equity Shares and American Depository Shares for the year 2014-15.
Director and Officer Developments
Sify announced the reappointment of Mr. Ananda Raju Vegesna as the Executive Director of the Company for a further period of five years, beginning June 22, 2015.
The Company also announced that Mr. P S Raju submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors, effective May 31, 2015, and that such seat on the Board will remain vacant for now.
