Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On April 4, 2019, the Gateway for Accelerated Innovation in Nuclear initiative of the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Nuclear Energy (“GAIN”) announced that Framatome USA has been awarded a nuclear energy voucher to accelerate the application of a metallic fuel design using Lightbridge technology. A copy of the press release announcing Framatome’s receipt of the nuclear energy voucher can be found at http://gain.inl.gov.
