Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 29, 2012 Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that Cris Gaut, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will be presenting at the Dahlman Rose & Co. Ultimate Oil Services and E&P Conference to be held on December 3, 2012 at approximately 7:50 a.m. Eastern Standard Time at The Plaza Hotel in New York, New York.
