UGI Corporation (the "Company") announced today that Peter Kelly, vice president-finance and chief financial officer, will retire in early 2011. The Company intends to name a successor before Mr. Kelly's departure. A copy of the Company's press release is included as Exhibit 99 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
