Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 15, 2010, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company awarded Mr. Joe Dahan as Creative Director a discretionary bonus in the amount of $250,000 for his service. In awarding the bonus, the Compensation Committee determined that certain discretionary measures, such as the launch and sales of other product lines, had been met.
