Item 8.01 Other Events.

On June 19, 2007, Allegiant Air, LLC, a wholly owned operating subsidiary of Allegiant Travel Company (the "Company") took delivery of one MD80 series aircraft under an operating lease agreement with a fixed price purchase option. The lease provides for a 65 month term, with the purchase option becoming effective in 41 months. The Company expects to place this aircraft into service in July 2007. This will be the Company’s 29th aircraft.
