On December 18, 2017, Wells Fargo & Company (the “Company”) announced the appointment, effective immediately, of Mary T. Mack to head the Company’s Consumer Lending business, in addition to its Community Banking organization.
The Company’s news release announcing Ms. Mack’s appointment is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
