On November 28, 2017, the Company issued a press release announcing the completion of the previously announced sale of its timing device (oscillator) business, part of its Precision Devices segment, to Microsemi Corp. – High Performance Timing, a subsidiary of Microsemi Corporation, a Delaware corporation.
