Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensation Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 12, 2016, the Company entered into amended and restated employment agreements with Dennis J. Gilmore, Kenneth D. DeGiorgio, Christopher M. Leavell and Mark E. Seaton. Pursuant to the amendment, the term of each of the revised agreements was extended by one year and now expires on December 31, 2019.
