APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
On 1 June 2015 Margaret Taylor will be appointed Group Company Secretary of BHP Billiton Limited and BHP Billiton Plc to coincide with the resignation of Jane McAloon from the position. Until that date Margaret has been appointed as Company Secretary of BHP Billiton Limited and BHP Billiton Plc.
