On March 11, 2015, Inogen, Inc. (“Inogen”) issued a press release postponing its earnings call for the fourth quarter and full year 2014 as a result of an ongoing internal investigation. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
