On February 6, 2014, Puma Biotechnology, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the European Patent Office has upheld the claims in the Company’s licensed European patent (EP 1848414) and scheduling a conference call to be held February 6, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. PST (5:00 p.m. EST) to discuss this outcome. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
