On July 26, 2013, the board of Wipro Limited, a company organized under the laws of the Republic of India (the Company), approved the charter for the Board Governance, Nomination and Compensation Committee and an amendment to the Code of Ethics for Principal Executive Officer and Senior Financial Officers.
